Embedded Linux solutions play an important role in today’s embedded market. In a company with significant growth opportunities, you will be integral part of a team creating a complete solution for the embedded market using Linux as development host and target platform.
Responsibilities:
Your area of responsibility will include:
· Part of an architectural team driving the overall technical vision.
· Develop a strong linkage between the open and commercial eco-systems
· Be an ambassador to the open source community
· Architecting distributions, build environments and runtime components

| Job Description: |
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- BSCS or equivalent 12+ years of development experience
- 12+ years designing Linux operating systems
- 12+ years working with open source software
- 12+ years working with open source development methodologies
- 12+ years of build system experience
- 12+ years of software package management experience
- 8+ years embedded Linux experience
- Good understanding of GNU Toolchain, including multilib issues
- Working ability to describe and resolve multiple architecture issues
- Good understanding of GNU autotools
- Proficient in C and scripting (shell, Python, Perl)
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a distributed team environment
