· Provide technical support on Wind River products
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their problems
- Communicate effectively with account teams on customer issues
- Document customer issues and resolutions accurately and thoroughly
- Develop technical content for online support site
- Participate in support process improvement activities

Job Description:
· A minimum of 1-2 years experience in embedded software development.
· Comfortable with Linux, UNIX and Windows development environments
· Experience with embedded Linux highly desired
· Software development experience on one or more common embedded processor types (PowerPC, MIPS, X86, ARM, etc)
· Experience with tools assisted hardware bring up as well as good knowledge of assembly language required.
· Programming experience in C/C++ required.
· Good compiler knowledge, especially GNU, highly desirable
· Strong troubleshooting skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working directly with customers
· Technical or field support experience preferred
· BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related major
· English language mandatory
· German language would be highly appreciated
