Description Purpose of Role "Manager, Credit & Collections EMEA":

For our EMEA Finance shared service centre in Ismaning, Germany we are looking for an EMEA Credit & Collection Manager to support all collection and credit related activities for our entities in Germany, Austria, UK, France, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands and Israel
Further expectation is to manage the accounts receivables team, close cooperation with our sales force and interaction with various Finance headquarter functions in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define EMEA collection targets and monitor progress
· Credit assessment of our EMEA customer base
· Monitor credit holds and execute appropriate releases
· Managing and developing the accounts receivables team (3 team members)
· Cooperation and coordination with external customers and Wind River Sales in case of any invoice disputes
· Close communication with EMEA Finance team, US revenue team, and order management especially at month and quarter ends
· Contact person for internal and external auditors for accounts receivables and credit matters

Job Description: · Qualification and/or experience in collection and credit risk assessment
· Language capabilities: fluent in speaking and writing, ideally an other languages like German, French, Swedish or Hebrew
· Experience and knowledge on European VAT legislations
· ORACLE knowledge preferred
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
· 5+ years work experience in a multinational environment preferably within an US Corporation
· Action orientated with ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast moving environment
· Team player - networking within Finance and other departments
· Excellent communication and networking skills – ability to work with a wide variety of colleagues and management levels
· Personality – friendly, self starter, highly motivated
