This position includes the following responsibilities:
· Providing relevant Market and Account Information to the AM for meaningful prospecting o Arranging appointments with relevant contact persons at prospects / customers o Briefing Information in preparation of customer/prospect visits · Support account planning process · Ensuring that our current business situation with the customer is accurately reflected in SABER o Updates o Business volume o Contact details o Timelines o ELM renewal dates o Expected PL orders · Maintaining the quote process o Making/creating quote in cooperation with the AM o Ensuring Quote follow-up with customer · Assuring a proper Order processing o Support Order Entry accuracy o Interfacing to Legal, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Accounting
· Coordinate After Sales support · Monitoring dormant accounts and initiating proper follow-up activities · Proactively indentify and address opportunities for Training-offerings · Sales support for Account Manager, Technical Account Manager and Services Sales Manager along the whole Sales Cycle · Support Sales / Marketing activities in coordination with AM · Ensuring communication to all stakeholders in the Sales Process
