Job Title: Sr. Manager, Field Marketing

Description The North America Field Marketing Team specializes in the development and execution of regionally focused outbound marketing programs to support our five North America sales regions. Targeting existing and prospective customers; programs range from small, intimate hands-on seminars and executive events to regional developer conferences and tradeshows. All programs and initiatives share common themes of driving demand, accelerating deals, supporting our brand, articulating our value propositions, and raising awareness of our current and emerging solutions.

The Sr. Manager, North America Field Marketing will manage 4 direct reports and oversee the planning and execution of regional marketing programs, events, tradeshows, conferences, etc. across North America. Additionally, the person in this role is responsible for driving regular reporting, program analysis, process improvement and implementing best practices across the North America Field Marketing Team.

The Sr. Manager, North America Field Marketing will work directly with Field Sales Management, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Partners, etc to formulate and execute a regional marketing plan which addresses the needs of the North American regions: raising awareness, identifying leads and opportunities and accelerating deals while reflecting the strategy and brand of the company. The person in this role also collaborates with counterperarts globally to identify programs, events, and assets that can be leveraged.

This position reports into the Sr. Director, Marketing Program and North America Field Marketing.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans, programs and campaigns designed to build the sales pipeline, generate leads and identify opportunities for the field
- Foster close relationships with regional Sales Teams
- Work with Sales. Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Creative Services and/or agencies in the development and execution of field marketing plans
- Successfully organize, schedule and facilitate campaigns, programs, events and other marketing initiatives within the region(s)
- Drive team reporting, program analysis, process improvement and best practices
- Manage the North America Regional Marketing Team

Job Description: Requirements
- 8-10 years of outbound marketing experience, 4-5 within the software industry
- Proven ability in planning and executing seminars, tradeshows, events, campaign management, Direct (Database) Marketing and Analysis, etc,
- Ability to work with a cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Marcom, Web Marketing, Events, etc.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects at once
- Strong analytics, reporting, written and verbal communication skills
- Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables
- Passionate about achieving work-related milestones
- First-rate oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and inspire
- Positive attitude, team player and contributor
- BA/BS (Marketing, Communications, or equivalent)
